Electromagnetic Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
TG-50 Electromagnetic Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is a pen type ultra small, non-contact thickness measurement instrument that does not require acoustic coupling agents. It can achieve thickness measurement of metal or magnetic materials, while also measuring the thickness of the coating layer on the outside of magnetic workpieces. When the instrument is attached to the workpiece, it can measure the vibration of the workpiece.

General Characteristics:
A, The instrument consists of a host and a mobile phone, which are wirelessly connected via WiFi
B, The instrument adopts the principle of electromagnetic ultrasound, and the inspection process does not require polishing the surface of the workpiece and coupling agent
C, The probe and host are integrated, and the probe can be replaced
D, After connecting the phone and pad, there are two functions: A-scan and B-scan
E, Configurable probe types: probe (≤80℃, short-term measurement), high temperature probe (≤800℃, short-term measurement)
